We design and build the first version of your website from what you tell us about your business. You see the finished site before you commit to anything. If it isn't right for you, you don't have to keep it.

If you do keep it, hosting is included, and changing it is as simple as describing what you want in everyday English:

So why is the design free?

Because a finished website shows you what we do better than a sales call could. We cover the initial design and build for accepted standard websites. The ongoing service, which is hosting plus unlimited ordinary edits you make by describing them, is CA$27/month plus applicable taxes after a 30-day free trial that you choose to activate.

That's the whole arrangement. There's no design invoice and no long-term contract.

    Share your business name, what you do and how to reach you. If you already have a website, include it and we can use it as a starting point.

  2. We design your site

    If your application is accepted, we build a polished website of up to five pages. Your first review is ready within 7 calendar days of us receiving your complete information.

  3. You review it

    Look through the finished website and take your time. Applying, being accepted and reviewing the site don't start a trial or authorize a charge.

  4. Keep it if you want it

    To keep the site, activate the 30-day free trial and authorize billing. After the trial it's CA$27/month plus applicable taxes.

The free design is for standard small business websites of up to five pages. Bildz reviews each application and may accept or decline it. Current capacity is a few new websites each week.

Changes take a sentence, not a developer.

New hours, a new service or a holiday closure. Tell Bildz what you want in plain English, check the update, and publish it. Ordinary edits don't need code, a plugin dashboard or someone else's schedule.

Is the website really free?

The initial design and build of an accepted standard small business website of up to five pages is free. Hosting and ongoing service are CA$27/month after a 30-day free trial, plus applicable taxes, if you choose to activate the trial and authorize the subscription. You are not automatically enrolled by applying or reviewing your site.

What does the free website include?

A professionally designed website of up to five pages, commonly Home, About, Services, Gallery or Testimonials, and Contact. Advanced e-commerce, custom applications, complex databases or extensive integrations may need a separate arrangement. Bildz reviews applications and may accept or decline them.

When does the 30-day trial start?

Only after you have reviewed the website and explicitly chosen to activate the trial and add a payment card. Applying for a free design and reviewing the finished website do not start a paid subscription. We email you 7 days before the trial ends. Unless you cancel, the CA$27/month charge, plus applicable taxes, begins on the day the trial ends.

Who owns my website?

You retain ownership of your original business content, logo, photographs, business information and domain. Bildz owns the website design, code, templates and software it creates or supplies. While your subscription is active, you receive a licence to use the Bildz website. The design and code are not automatically transferred to you.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime, with no long-term commitment or cancellation penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your website stays online until then. Payments aren't refunded for partly used months. When service ends, the website goes offline and your licence to use the Bildz-created design and code ends. We keep a backup of your website for 90 days in case you want to come back. You keep your original materials and your domain.

What does “unlimited AI edits” mean?

You can make unlimited ordinary self-service edits by describing the change you want in plain English. It does not mean unlimited manual work by Bildz staff. Reasonable technical and fair-use restrictions may apply.

Do I need WordPress or technical skills?

No. Bildz websites are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure and are not built with WordPress. Routine WordPress plugin maintenance is not part of this service. You can request ordinary updates in everyday language without editing code.

Can you use my current website as a starting point?

Yes. You can share your current website URL in the application and ask us to use it as a starting point for a redesign. The first review is due within 7 calendar days after we receive your complete information.

What if I don't have a domain?

Bildz can register one for you. The proposed initial registration charge is CA$10 extra, and renewal pricing will be disclosed before registration. The domain belongs to you: Bildz holds the registration for the first 90 days after your first payment, then transfers it into your name, even if you've cancelled.

Will my website mention Bildz?

Yes. A small link to bildz.com sits in your website's footer while your subscription is active. It's part of the plan and can't be removed.

Is Bildz the same as Blidz?

No. Bildz (bildz.com) is a Canadian website service for small businesses, operated by Entra Marketing Ltd. It isn't connected to Blidz, the online shopping and deals app with a similar name.
