Privacy Policy

Entra Marketing Ltd. (“Bildz”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal information collected through Bildz.com and the free website application. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it and how long we keep it.

Information you submit

The initial application asks for your business name, contact name, email address, an optional existing website URL and a short description of your business. It also records your privacy acknowledgement and the time of submission. Do not include sensitive personal, financial or health information in the description field.

If an application is accepted, we may later ask for business materials needed to design a website, such as a logo, photographs, services, business hours, contact details and preferences. We will explain how that information is used when we request it.

How we use information

• To review and decide whether to accept an application.
• To contact you about your application and, if accepted, gather information needed for the website design.
• To protect the application form from automated abuse and maintain the security of the service.
• To understand visits to the public website using Google Analytics, subject to the controls described below.

Service providers and storage

Application records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The database has no jurisdiction restriction; Cloudflare automatically selects its primary location, so storage or processing may occur outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that location. Cloudflare also provides the website hosting and Turnstile security challenge used by the application form. When you apply, the application details are sent to our fixed business lead-notification inbox at [email protected] so we can review your request. We do not sell applicant information.

Google Analytics is enabled by default on the public marketing website. It can receive page-view and browser or device information and may use analytics cookies. Form fields and application details are not sent to Google Analytics. You can turn analytics off or back on for this browser using the control below. Your choice is saved in browser storage; if storage is unavailable, the setting applies only to the current page. Analytics is disabled on localhost and Cloudflare preview domains.

Retention

Applications that are declined are deleted 60 days after the decline date. Applications still under review are retained while we consider them. If an application is accepted, the application information is retained while we prepare or provide the requested service and as needed for related business and legal requirements. Before any paid trial or subscription is offered, we will provide the detailed service-record retention terms that apply to customers.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access or correct your application information, or ask a privacy question, by contacting us at [email protected]. If you withdraw consent while an application is under review, we may be unable to continue considering it. You may also change your Google Analytics setting using the control in the Google Analytics section above.
