Terms of Service

These terms describe the Bildz free website application and the main terms of the ongoing website service. “Bildz” means Entra Marketing Ltd. By submitting an application, you ask Bildz to consider your project. Applying does not start a subscription or authorize payment.

Free website application

The free design offer is for a standard small business website of up to five pages. Bildz reviews applications individually and may accept or decline a project. Advanced e-commerce, custom applications, complex databases or extensive integrations may require a separate arrangement.

If an application is accepted, you provide the complete business information and materials needed to start. Bildz aims to provide the initial website for review within seven calendar days after receiving complete information. You may review the design without an obligation to subscribe.

Price, trial and recurring billing

The initial website design is free. If you decide to keep the website, the ongoing service is CA$27 per month plus applicable taxes, after a 30-day free trial. You must explicitly activate the trial and authorize recurring billing after reviewing the website. Applying, being accepted, or viewing the design does not activate a trial or paid plan.

When you activate the trial, you add a payment card and authorize recurring billing. Bildz accepts payment by card only. We email you 7 days before the trial ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged CA$27 plus applicable taxes on the day the trial ends, and on the same date each month after that. Bildz is not accepting trial activation or subscription payments through this application page.

Price changes

Bildz will email you at least 30 days before any change to the monthly price takes effect.

Domains

If you need a domain, Bildz can register one for you. The proposed initial registration charge is CA$10 extra. Renewal pricing is not yet confirmed and will be disclosed before registration.

The domain belongs to you. Bildz holds the registration for the first 90 days after your first subscription payment, then transfers registrant ownership into your name. If you cancel within those 90 days, Bildz still transfers the domain to you once the 90 days have passed.

Ownership and licence

You retain ownership of the business content, logo, photographs, information and domain you provide. Bildz retains ownership of the website design, code, templates and software it creates or supplies. While your subscription is active, Bildz grants you a licence to use the Bildz-created website for your business.

If the service ends, hosting stops and your licence to use the Bildz-created website ends. The design and code are not automatically transferred to you. Your original content and domain remain yours.

Hosting and edits

Hosting and unlimited ordinary customer-directed AI-powered self-service edits are included while the subscription is active. Unlimited edits do not include unlimited manual work by Bildz staff. Reasonable technical and fair-use restrictions may apply. Bildz websites use Cloudflare hosting infrastructure and are not built with WordPress; no hosting provider can eliminate every security risk.

Footer credit

Your Bildz website includes a small link to bildz.com in its footer, such as "Website by Bildz". The link stays on your website while your subscription is active and can't be removed.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, with no long-term commitment or cancellation penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, or at the end of the trial if you cancel during it, and your website stays online until then. Payments already made are not refunded, including for the rest of a partly used month.

After cancellation

When your service ends, your website goes offline. Bildz keeps a backup of your website and content for 90 days in case you want to come back, then deletes it. Your domain is handled as described under Domains.
